( THE CHALLENGE )
Biomecare represents a new subcategory of skincare focused on caring for the root causes of skin conditions as opposed to just treating the symptoms. The revolutionary formulations work to nurture and restore the microbiome.
As a developing area of science and one of the first brands in the space to the market, launching Cultured Biomecare posed the unique challenge of not just increasing awareness about the brand, but of the entire category it operates in.
( THE ANSWER )
After consulting with the founder on brand positioning and tone of voice ahead of launch, we were bought back on board to create the social media and content strategy.
With a focus on education, we created a strategy that would set the brand apart as one that educates on not only its products but skincare science at large, particularly the microbiome.
Before handing over the strategy to the in-house team to implement, we art directed at photoshoots and assisted the team with graphic design briefs to ensure they understood how to bring the plan to fruition.
( THE RESULTS )
The Cultured team is still in the process of implementing the strategy, so concrete results are still to come. However, the implementation of our strategy combined with our work has already resulted in the creation of some great visual content with a strong brand direction.
